  • Document uploads (e.g., police checks, insurance, certifications)

c. Communication Data

  • Emails, support requests, and in-platform messages

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to:

  • Verify supplier compliance and validity of submitted documentation
  • Match providers with suitable suppliers for requested services
  • Manage timesheets, service records, and invoicing
  • Send compliance reminders before document expiry
  • Improve platform performance, security, and user experience

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your information for marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

  • To fulfil contractual obligations between suppliers, providers, and Carepliance

  • Approved providers to whom suppliers have been matched
